Procurement and public works, services and supplies

Our lawyers have extensive experience in administrative law, assisting both in litigation and out of court, in tenders and public works, services and supplies, offering advice to both private and public sectors, including central purchasing units.

We deal with

-defining appropriate procedure
-drafting public notices
-in-house provision
-decisions of exclusion, adjudication, relinquishment from tender
-release and enforcement of provisional and final collateral/guarantees (bid bond, performance bond)
-reports to the Authority for the Supervision of Public Contracts for works, services and supplies
-enforcing contracts and related disputes.

Town planning and construction, expropriations, environment

Our lawyers assist and offer legal advice in matters of

-land use, including urban planning and implementation
-residential public building
-building in general and related infringements
-occupation and expropriation of areas destined as public buildings or areas of public use.

Independent administrative Authorities

Our lawyers deal with

  • proceedings in front of independent administrative authorities, Banca d'Italia (ANAC, AGCM, AGCM, etc.)
  • related appeal proceedings.

We act as Conciliators and Arbitrators in the Conciliation and Arbitration Chamber at Consob, the public authority responsible for regulating the Italian financial markets.

Health care Law (administrative)

Our lawyers deal with issues related to

-health law, also with reference to measures of public administrations on authorization and accreditation of social activities and health care
-issues related to pharmaceutical law and recent deregulation measures, eg; the setting up of new pharmacies.


Our lawyers have extensive experience in administrative law on behalf of companies and trade associations with focus in administrative rules and regulations, e.g.

-recent deregulation of days and opening hours,
-opening and management of retail outlets
-opening and management of new commercial developments

including issues relating to land use and environmental protection.

Corporate law
