Graduated at the Universit√† degli Studi of Milan with honours degree and a Diploma in EU Law and Economics; attended AIAF (Italian Association of Family and child Attorneys) course on family law; certificate of Proficiency and TOEFL and Legal English certificates.
She has extensive experience in employment, social security and trade union law. She assists and offers legal advice on private and public employment matters, managerial employment, self-employment and temporary employment, contracts, matters related to corporate directives and employee discipline, damages, demotion and bullyng, redundancy procedures, settlement among¬†management and employee.
She deals with domestic and international transport law, with reference also to¬†¬†international cabotage, logistics, intermodal and combined transport. Provides judicial and extra judicial assistance, contracts, additional required documentation for national, EU and international transport.
She follows companies in the application of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and implementation of organizational models.
Consultant with a leading trade association specialized in the road haulage industry, Mrs. Bruni is also an author of various articles on domestic and international Road Haulage Law. She contributes to several Italian and foreign trade publications, is a consultant for radio programmes on the subject and a lecturer at seminars and conferences.
She deals also with insurance law, family law, commercial law, with reference also to last bankruptcy proceedings, professional liability and compensation for damages.
